The Ballpark neighborhood is located in the north part of the city of Downtown Denver and Denver’s Central Business District. The Ballpark is city-living and no need for a car!
Built in 1995, Coors Field became the home to the Colorado Rockies and it’s the southernmost area of the neighborhood. Living in Ballpark you and your friends can go enjoy a beautiful summer day at Coors Field then walk over to Larimer Street. You can hit up one the pubs & bars, dance clubs, jazz clubs, galleries and eat at one of the many restaurants on Larimer.
Great lofts, condos and apartment style living that once were warehouses and since have been converted into industrial-chic lofts, flats and new six story structures built to expand the urban-industrial theme of downtown. You can find brick buildings with black wrought-iron balconies, beams and pipes. Some of these lofts & condos come with huge square windows giving you views of downtown Denver and the breathtaking Rocky Mountains.
The Ballpark neighborhood takes great pride in its community. “Ballpark Market” is held one day a month starting in April and ending in October. It offers everything from vintage furnishings, fresh produce, finding amazing treasures, home & garden accessories and handmade jewelry.
